STOP STRETCHING! Strengthen your hip flexors to fix back pain

For years people have been told by their doctors, massage therapists, PTs, chiros and trainers that they've got tight hip flexors.


They've also probably recommended loads of hip flexor stretching and mobility work. The problem is all that stretching is futile! The real fix for a tight hip flexor is to STRENGTHEN.

If you haven't caught on by now there's a bit of a common thing with tight muscle groups. They need to be strengthened, not stretched!


This is a great starter move for strengthening those hip flexors. If you're having back pain and not sure where to start, this is a great move to throw into the mix!
