Frequently Asked Questions

What you need to know before scheduling your first visit at Natural Wellness Physiotherapy.

Do I need a referral from my doctor to start PT?

No. Kansas allows direct access to physical therapy, so you can book a free phone call without a physician referral. If you'd like a superbill to submit for out-of-network reimbursement, we can provide one after your visit.

How far is Natural Wellness Physiotherapy from Andover?

We're located at 309 S Greenwich Rd in Wichita, just a short drive west from Andover. Most clients from the area find the commute easy to work into a morning or evening training schedule.

Will I need to take time off from training?

Usually not. Many clients near Andover continue running, lifting, or playing recreational sports throughout their time with us. We adjust training loads as needed, but staying active is typically part of the process, not something we ask you to give up.

Can I use HSA or FSA funds to pay for sessions?

Yes. We're a cash-based clinic, and HSA and FSA cards are both accepted. Superbills are also available if you want to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

What does a typical session look like?

Every session is a full one-on-one hour with your therapist, no shared time, no handoffs to an aide. We evaluate how you move, work through targeted treatment, and coach you through exercises that carry over into your training outside the clinic.

Still have questions?

Reach out with any questions and we'll be happy to help.

Stop Putting Off the Fix

Whether you're chasing a new race goal, trying to stay consistent at the gym, or working through something that just won't go away on its own, we'll help you build a plan and get back to moving well.
