If you want full squat depth, you gotta pay rent and move in

As a healthy human, you should be able to squat down into full hip flexion--aka--"Ass to Grass." 🍑 🏋️

 

If you can't, you are missing out on some important range of motion that is vital for your cleans and general mobility.
