Griffin Jay is a Wichita State University graduate with a degree in Exercise Science and a minor in Chemistry. His passion for movement and physiology comes from his interest in the nuance of the human body and its ability to adapt and overcome. Griffin started with us as our Client Liaison. He's responsible for managing our client schedule and ensuring the needs of all clients are met. He has since played a crucial role in the implementation of Natural Wellness’ Strength and Conditioning program. He works with clients to create personalized programs specific to their goals and needs. His goal is to get people moving and doing the things that they’re passionate about. “We need exercise, and the competition it brings (with ourselves or others), in our life. Not only does it keep our bodies healthy and around for the long haul, but it keeps our minds at the center. Exercise gives us a better appreciation for what it means to be human."
