Banish That Neck Pain Forever

Ok-so you are hopefully seeing some results. You can check your blindspot now and you're challenging the owl in your neighborhood to neck rotation contests. Ok-maybe not yet...but that cocky owl has it coming! 

Let's advance past our initial baby steps. We've found those neck muscles in the front and now we need to kick it into high gear. Keep in mind these muscles are postural muscles. They have to hold your head up for long periods of time. They need good endurance, not necessarily supreme strength. They are marathoners, not sprinters. Train them that way. Focus on some longer holds with less resistance to really train these muscles as they function. 

Keep in mind, you probably spend a lot more time than you think sitting so incorporating these exercises into your weekly routine is a great idea and the best way to keep this pain out long term.
