Courtney-Morse-Natural-Wellness-Physiotherapy

Courtney Morse, PT, DPT

Founder & CEO

Courtney founded Natural Wellness Physiotherapy after years of seeing what was physical therapy missing. While traveling the country as a physical therapist with his young family, he realized that real healing had less to do with volume metrics and more to do with time, flexibility, and asking better questions.

He built NWPT to be the kind of clinic he wished existed: one where providers ask “Okay, what else?” — not just checking boxes, but digging deeper into the true root of someone’s problem.

That same mindset now fuels his leadership as CEO, where his goal is to ensure every person who walks through the door gets to work with the best practitioner they’ve ever had — even if that practitioner isn’t him.

Though he no longer treats patients directly, Courtney remains deeply involved in the vision, mentorship, and strategy that keep NWPT pushing the boundaries of what healthcare can look like for active people in Wichita.

Clayton-Dir-Wichita-Physical-Therapy

Clayton Dir, PT, DPT

Clinical Director, Physical Therapist

Clayton became a physical therapist to combine his passion for human anatomy with his drive to help people live stronger, pain-free lives. What started as a love for movement and rehab quickly turned into a mission: to be the provider people turn to when the traditional system fails.

Frustrated by a medical model that rushes to medications, injections, and surgeries, Clayton created a different kind of care—one that listens deeply, moves intentionally, and prioritizes long-term results over quick fixes.

He’s known for working with the “I’ve tried everything” clients—those who’ve seen multiple providers, taken all the referrals, and still don’t feel heard or helped. He also specializes in treating barbell athletes, powerlifters, CrossFitters, and strongman competitors, as well as guiding middle-aged women—especially those in perimenopause—through the powerful impact of strength training on hormones, pain, and energy.

Within just a couple visits, Clayton’s clients often describe feeling relievedhopeful, and finally on track—with a clear plan that actually makes sense.

Outside of the clinic, you’ll find him with his wife and two adventurous daughters—whether it be hiking, on the lake, or taking off on their next travel adventure. Active living isn’t just something he recommends. It’s how he lives.

Allison-Bullinger-Wichita-Physical-Therapy

Allison Bullinger, PT, DPT

Physical Therapist

Allison received her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Wichita State University (2022) after completing her undergrad in Kinesiology at Kansas State University.

Working as a CNA throughout her undergrad program, she saw first hand the life-long struggles that people faced with their health and wellness.

"I was motivated to get people healthy and stay that way throughout their lives. It pains me to see people struggle and feel like they're just extending their life. I want to help people improve their quality of life and thrive."

Allison takes a nuanced approach to client care and focuses on the mental as much as the physical.

"I have the chance to help clients feel stronger and more confident in their body; Help them understand how resilient and capable they really are!"

Allison is AAMT Dry Needling Certified and has a diverse range of manual therapy training in her tool kit.

Outside of seeing clients, Allison spends her time doing water sports, running and spending every opportunity outside. She tries to stay involved in the community and support local small businesses.

Kiersten_Harris_Physical_Therapist

Kiersten Harris, PT, DPT

Physical Therapist

Kiersten works with both men and women to address orthopedic concerns through a whole-body, movement-based approach. She also provides specialized pelvic floor therapy for women, helping them overcome issues that often go untreated or are misunderstood.

Kiersten is passionate about supporting people who feel stuck, unheard, or unsure of where to start—especially those who’ve “tried everything.”

She integrates hands-on manual therapy, strategic strength training, and the four pillars of health to support healing, resilience, and long-term wellness.

Known for her empathy and ability to create a safe, judgment-free space, Kiersten helps clients feel seen and supported.

Outside of the clinic, she enjoys lifting, reading, and spending time with her husband and their two dogs.

Katie Schafers

Client Liaison

Katie’s passion for helping others began during her time as a personal trainer and continues today as the Client Liaison at NWP.

“I’m grateful to support people through their healing journeys and watch them take back control of their health. We have an incredible team!”

An avid runner, Katie knows the value of whole-body care. After two knee injuries sidelined her for a year, a comprehensive recovery plan helped her return to running—an experience that shaped her belief in treating the body as a whole.

At home, Katie and her husband stay busy with their two kids and four pets. They love games, movies, road trips, and the occasional round of disc golf around Wichita.

Rebekah-Morse-Nutrition-Natural-Wellness-Wichita

Rebekah Morse

Nutrition Coach & Operations Manager

Rebekah helps clients build better habits around food, regain energy, improve their health, and feel confident in how they eat—without counting every calorie or giving up the things they love.

She works with people who are done with diets and ready for a sustainable, realistic approach that supports their long-term health and lifestyle. With a background in education and her own personal health journey, Rebekah understands that change takes time and support.

Her coaching philosophy is simple: there’s no one-size-fits-all plan. She meets clients where they are and collaborates with them to build strategies that fit their life. The result? Better bloodwork, weight loss without restriction, more energy, and confidence in choices that last.

Outside of work, you’ll find Rebekah on a trail—running, hiking, or mountain biking with friends and family. She’s also a Scout leader and a Little Bellas mentor, encouraging girls to find confidence through biking and the outdoors.
