Small Group Training

Our small group training sessions bring together a small number of individuals with similar fitness aspirations for a focused and personalized workout experience, to help you reach your fitness goals in a supportive, motivating, non-judgmental environment.

During our small group sessions, our skilled physiotherapists provide guidance and instruction tailored to each participant's needs. They lead dynamic workouts that incorporate a variety of exercises, such as strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, and flexibility work.

With the support of the group, you can push your limits, stay accountable, and achieve results while fostering a sense of camaraderie and community.

Strong and Supportive Sisters (SASS) Class

  • You'll get clear instruction on proper strength training techniques so you can avoid injury
  • No weightlifting experience necessary!

 

Our SASS Class is purposefully small and so much more than just a strength training plan.

You’ll have access to check in with our doctors on a weekly basis, get specialized performance testing to measure your results over time, and hang around some of the best people you’ll ever meet!

Classes are led by a Doctor of Physical Therapy that will take into consideration your past injuries & limitations and ease your fear of re-injury.
