This is a move you can do EVERY DAY to improve your shoulder health

The face pull is often overlooked, but is a fantastic tool for building a healthy strong upper back. The only catch? You've got to do them properly. 

 

In the rare instances that people do face pulls, they're done from a position of internal rotation. Our focus with this move should be external rotation.
