Simply put, your knees should be able to pass your toes when you squat. 🤯

No joke! Watch any toddler squatting down to play and know that no matter your age, you should be able to do that, too.

But, how far should your knee go past and what does it mean if you can’t get there?

For many of our patients, it means poor ankle mobility, and THAT can lead to pain in the knee!
