This week, Dr. Allison demonstrates the Standing Clam. This is a progression from the much-beloved 90 Degree Clam, and can help us dial in that hip strength


The key to the Standing Clam is to focus on the GROUNDED leg. It’s easy to think that the moving leg should get some extra love, but the grounded leg is the real star of the show.
