So you think you have strong hamstrings? Try THIS movement to prove it!
Feb 23, 2021Do you think your hamstrings are strong? You're going to be humbled pretty quickly once you give this reverse plank variation a try... Reverse planks are typically thought of as a core exercise but also targets those glutes and hamstrings. This one legged variation is a fantastic test for hamstring strength and even touches on some hip stability. If you're struggling with this one, it's a good sign that you may need to work on that hamstring and/or glute strength a bit more. Throw this movement in along with some other posterior chain strengthening movements into your programming to get those groups up to par!
