Overhead Athlete Series: Check Your Positioning FIRSTFeb 24, 2021
We're starting a little series for our overhead athletes out there! Whether you're into baseball, tennis, pickleball, badminton, etc, Dr. Clayton Dir will take the next couple of weeks to help you with all of the MUST HAVE motions. This week we're touching on some overhead range and what could be limiting your ROM. If you're not able to get into the proper overhead position you may start to experience issues further down the chain. This could be caused by some soft tissue dysfunction that just needs a little bit of TLC from the ole lacrosse ball. If your OH position is a little tight, give this mobilization a try!
