An easy way to get back to lifting weight overhead without shoulder pain

Instead of stretching and hoping that pain will disappear, try this simple, but effective move!

Don’t forget to start small - think 3-5 lb dumbbell - and focus on slow, controlled movements. Aim for 2-3 sets of 5 to start.  

This will overload your tissues so you build the strength and stability you need to get back to moving your shoulder pain free.
