Have you ever seen a kid play with their toys on the ground, resting in a deep squat? They could hangout there all day. 

We should all be able to do the same thing as adults. I know. It sounds crazy, but humans are MEANT to sit in that deep squat position. The problem is that we NEVER do. And when you don't use it, you lose it. 

Hours of sitting at a desk in school and work have left a lot of us immobile in places we should be. Tight ankles, twinging hips and nagging knees make resting in a squatted position hard
