Here's a bit of bonus content for our deadlifters out there! (by the way if you're not deadlifting yet you should be). One portion of our training that we should always expect is technical breakdown. Even the best lifters in the world will experience some sort of form breaking once they reach a certain weight, or reach fatigue. So how do those lifters get by without injury? They train in those compromised positions! Add some movements like stiff leg deadlifts, jefferson curls and romanian deadlifts to your programming to make sure you're covered in these spots.
